OUR STORY

We, at TransformAction Dynamics understand the journey of achieving transformation outcomes despite financial, capability shortfalls and narrative discrepancies. We know what it is like to watch innovative projects falter because they defy the status quo. Above all, we understand taking on transformation efforts with minimal, irrelevant, and inaccurate information.

In response to historically low success rates, we believe transformation today requires a forensic approach—an approach that ushers in science-based versus personality-based consulting. Accurate data, information, and insights remove obstacles to a leader’s ability to make plans, timely decisions, and beneficial actions.

Chief Executive Officer, Philip M. Anderson built a career transforming federal enterprises. He carried this passion for building high performing enterprises into his commercial practice. Therefore, TransformAction Dynamics aims to usher in a world where transformations are forensic, seamless, and uncomplicated. As our name suggests, in contrast to the too-often accepted status quo, our desire to make change happen has inspired our name and motivated Mr. Anderson to found TransformAction Dynamics, LLC.

MEET THE FOUNDER

As CEO and Founder, Mr. Philip Anderson is responsible for TransformAction Dynamics’s strategic vision and growth. Mr. Anderson holds a B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, Master of Public Administration from American University, Washington DC, and an Executive Certificate of Completion from Dartmouth University, Tuck School of Business. He is DAWIA Level III certified in Program Management, and a DOD David Packard Excellence in Acquisition Award winner. An experienced leader in program management and business transformation, his career practice includes successful Joint Service, U.S. Navy, FMS, NATO, Partner Nation and Coalition Partner programs valued up to $1.1B annually. Having had the honor to create two U.S. Navy Acquisition Program Offices, Mr. Anderson has walked in the shoes of those tasked to lead enterprise-level change. A visionary, his respect for continuous learning, truth-telling, and diversity has forged a leader well-versed in the language and activity of organizational change. It is his passion to inform, simplify, and accelerate the transformation process and help make quantum leap improvements to business and mission performance.
