Overview
We are looking for a Mid-level Program Management Analyst who will support senior management by analysing interrelated issues of program effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. The ideal candidate will assist senior staff in planning, organizing, evaluating, advising, and coordinating activities. They must be adept at assisting in preparation of a variety of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports. They must be confident in developing options regarding planning and resolving operational challenges. They must have the ability to assist with reviewing and defining performance expectations to ensure adherence to enterprise requirements..
Required Skill Set
The Mid-level Program Management Analyst we seek shall have experience and demonstrated:
- Effective presentation, writing, and oral communication skills
- Strong database worksheet skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to extrapolate solutions to improve or enhance internal processes

Job Responsibilities
The Mid-level Program Management Analyst shall assist the client in customer engagement as part of improving the customer experience. Specific tasks include:
- Follow through on escalated issues via an established hierarchy to achieve an industry-standard level of service contact throughout the lifecycle stages of a program
- Establish and maintain intimate familiarity with the service desk management system and its relationship to the IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- The Contractor shall represent the customer at decision boards as needed and appropriate to ensure resolution of customer issues
- Track milestones as established for Customer Satisfaction Indexing (CSI) initiatives.
Mandatory Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with a:
- Bachelor’s degree (or Associate degree plus four years of relevant experience, or six years of relevant experience)
- Minimum of three (3) years of specialized project management support experience with a Navy acquisition program or DoD agency
(Master’s degree = four years of additional relevant experience)
Desired Qualifications
- Three or more years experience in project management or program analysis
- Experience in garnering stakeholder trust and positive client outcomes via strong managerial, interpersonal and business social skills
